HLA data accompanying Demographic History and Selection at HLA loci in Native Americans

This page contains links to HLA data in the Allele Frequency Net Database for the 24 populations analyzed in Single RM, Meyer D, et al. "Demographic history and selection at HLA loci in Native Americans (NA-DHS)". Submitted to PLOS One. 2020.

The Allele Frequency Net Database (AFND) is a repository for the storage of genetic data related to human leukocyte antigens (HLA), killer-cell immunoglobulin-like receptors (KIR), major histocompatibility complex Class I chain related genes (MIC) and a number of cytokine gene polymorphisms in worldwide populations. It is mantained by the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals and the University of Liverpool.
